oke88 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity;
• Multiple accounts are detected for the same individual;
• The account holder is located in a restricted jurisdiction.

oke88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. oke88 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend the associated account if a third-party funding source is detected.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. oke88 may require you to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically within 1–24 hours of approval;
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): Typically 1–3 business days;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oke88 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;

• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oke88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond oke88's reasonable control;
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

oke88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your oke88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude oke88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

oke88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
